Bergen invests in publicly-traded companies outside of the United States, with a particular emphasis on ASX and AIM-listed companies.

Bergen also makes investments in private companies in a range of industries in the Anglosphere (the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand).

Bergen's affiliate Doheny Road Funding, LLC provides litigation funding in the Anglosphere.

Companies within the Bergen group have offices in Boca Raton, Florida, as well as in the UK and Australia, with a total of seven investment professionals in the United States, the UK and Australia.
